Helping those with Premature Ejaculation Problems: The "Stop, Go"

This exercise is designed to help those who suffer from premature ejaculation. In my adolescent years i suffered from this problem badly (and i mean BADLY!). There's little medical support and no surgery that can correct this problem. Most medical professionals believe this problem is caused by stress and sexual anxiety.

This is not always true!


I never felt anxious or stressed about intercourse, but the first 3 times I had sex I ejaculated prematurely. This of course stressed me out and made me anxious! In turn i began suffering erectile disfunction at 19 years of age!

This is a simple exercise I did to eliminate this problem. A VERY simple exercise.

Simply masturbate to the point of orgasm but before you "blow" stop masturbating, grip the base of your penis with the "OK" grip and hold a kegel. Hold this as long as it takes for the feeling of orgasm to pass.

When the feeling has passed wait a further 5 minutes. You will probably go soft again but that's ok.

Work yourself back up to orgasm and "Stop" yourself from going past the point of no return. Do this 4 or 5 times in a night and perform no more than once or twice a week.

This will condition your penis for more rigorous activities, however doing it too much can potentially make you anorgasmic.

FYI - Anorgasmic is being unable to have an orgasm during intercourse.
