Any suggestions for a routine?

I've been lurking this site for a while, but just just just joined.
I've been interested in "PE" for a while now. I searched around over the internet for a while during the summer and found there is a ton of info out there, but it's hard to know what to trust. For a while I would swear by Mattersofsize.com but then as I did more searching (you'd be surprised how many jelqing videos are on youtube!) I started to think that maybe the advice on that site wasn't so trustworthy...it seemed like it was all overdoing it and people were saying individually to start with 40 or 50 jelqs,...mos was saying start 300 then bump it up to 600!
Obviously I don't want to hurt myself. I've tried hanging, stretching it, jelqing and clamping/edging.
But when I saw peoples comments about losing feeling down there etc on those videos, I got scared and stopped for a while, plus moving in to my new apartment for college and stuff was happening so I didn't have time.
But now I've settled into my new schedule, so I'm looking for some advice.
Basically, this is what I do. Every morning before class, in the shower, I warm myself up and do 200-300 jelqs and then warm it up again (like a "cool down"). Some posts (Big Al mostly) on here led me to think every day was overdoing it, so now I take every other or every third day off, depending. I have seen some slight results in flaccid size but nothing in the erect size yet. The increases started back when I was going crazy with it though, so I don't know if it's because of my restarting jelqing or not. Also there was a post on here saying to avoid caffeine before workouts, I usually have a cup of coffee with breakfast after my shower, do you think that matters really? I mean, I'll wait on it a bit if it's going to actually effect my results!- but I can't imagine it would.
So, you guys are the only experts I can think of to go to. Would you suggest anything for me? Is my 'routine' (if you can call it that) going to work? What sort of gains could I expect? Should I do more or less? Is jelqing enough alone, or should I go back to clamping at the end of the day as well, or soemthing else?
Well, thanks in advance for your help!

Yeah, Al, I've seen that on the site before, and it's interesting. The thing is, since I've already been at my PE for a while, I'm wondering if I should go down to the # of reps you have there or do a bit more? I mean, it could be that I'm overdoing it, and that's why I haven't really seen gains.
Or, maybe I need to give it more time. Would you suggest going to the routine you posted or doing the same idea, taking less days off as you go on etc but with higher reps? I've looked at a lot of different sites and it seems like no one can agree on how many you should do.

I've looked at a lot of different sites and it seems like no one can agree on how many you should do. That would be an advanced version of the routine listed, but because of the exercises used you'd still want to shoot for training 5x a week. You can also try switching to more advanced exercises and you'll be able to cut back on the number of days per week you'll need to train to allow for recovery.
